WHY ?
The purpose is to gain an understanding of project management and to give a brief overview of the methodology that underpins most formally run projects. Many organizations do not employ full time Project Managers and it is common to pull together a project team to address a specific need. While most people are not formally skilled in project methodology, taking a role in a project team can be an excellent learning opportunity and can enhance a person's career profile.
OUR STORY.
During years of working in successful firms and seeing how most designers forced their vision onto the client in order to expedite the process, but at the cost of the clients' satisfaction, I became unhappy with the work and began to dream of a concept when clients could come to me with their ideas and use my knowledge and expertise to bring their vision to reality, while following standards, regulations and safety measures. I found that my best work came when I was challenged to find a solution that would meet my clients' expectations. And this is where U Design began its story.
